To enhance and improve our customer's businesses by offering state-of-the-art technology and
cost-effective solutions for seismic depth imaging and velocity model building.
All our algorithms make use of the two-way elastic wave equation, which intrinsically include anisotropy
and all reflections and conversions of P-waves and S-waves.
Our visco-elastic reverse time migration solution allows for accurate imaging in the presence of strong
velocity contrasts causing complex wave paths. It also allows for the output of various imaging conditions to
provide the geophysicists with additional information.
Our velocity model building algorithms are highly complementary to each other, because they are all based on
the two-way elastic wave equation. The automated velocity model building tool rapidly builds a smooth velocity
model from a simple starting model, or it updates the velocity model below high velocity layers. Our elastic
full waveform inversion updates the smooth velocity model with fine details providing the smooth icing on the
cake.
